- 1/2 Canned Fruit Cocktails
- 1 cup Vanilla Custard
Method
- Grate the rind of the orange into a bowl. Add custard, fresh cream and orange squash and beat with an electric beater.
- Add fruit cocktail and mix well.
- Half fill ramekin moulds with this fruit mixture.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl.
- Top the fruit-custard mixture with brown sugar mixture and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Serve chilled.
