Wash, peel and remove seed from mango and cut into half inch sized cubes. Wash, peel, core and cut into half inch sized cubes. Wash cherries and keep aside. Combine all fruits and refrigerate until the serving time.
Destalk and wash raisins, finely chop cashewnuts. In a bowl combine yogurt, sugar, saffron and whisk until sugar is completely dissolved. Just before serving time mix in fruits and serve chilled garnished with raisins and cashewnuts.
