Ingredients list for Flourless Pistachio Cookies
- ½ cup Pistachio powder
- ¾ cup Powdered sugar
- ½ cup Desiccated coconut
- 1 Egg white
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with a silicon sheet.
- Mix together the powdered pistachios, powdered sugar, coconut and egg white in a bowl. Refrigerate for two hours.
- Scoop out the mixture into twelve equal portions and place them on the lined tray. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for twenty-five to thirty minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
- Serve or store in an airtight container.
