By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Fish Fillet, Bread Crumbs Cuisine French Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Fish Cutlet 500 grams Fish Fillet 2 teaspoons Bread Crumbs 2 Bread slice soaked in water 2 Green chillies chopped 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala 1 tablespoon Cornflour/ corn starch 1/2 bunch coriander leaves to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 Egg 1 cup Bread crumbs for frying Oil Method In a bowl mix together fish mince, ginger garlic paste, soaked bread slice, green chillies,garam masala, cornflour,coriander leaves, salt and turmeric powder. Mix well. Divide into equal portions and shape to form cutlets.Break the egg in a bowl and whisk it well. Dip the cutlets in the dip mixture and roll them in bread crumbs. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the cutlets till golden and crisp. Drain and remoce on absorbent paper.
