Ingredients list for Energy Laddoo

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Chunky peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Roasted almond powder
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • for coating Sesame seeds roasted

Method

  1. Dry roast oats in a non-stick pan till heated through taking care that they remain soft.
  2. Put peanut butter in a mixing bowl, add roasted oats, chocolate chips and some almond powder and mix well. Add honey and mix well.
  3. Spread sesame seeds on a plate.
  4. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a laddoo. Roll them in sesame seeds.
  5. Arrange the laddoos in a serving plate and serve immediately.
