By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Nov 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken, Coriander Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Dhaniya Chicken 600 grams Chicken 1 teaspoon Coriander 2 teaspoon Garlic paste to taste Salt 3 teaspoons Red chilli powder 2 tablespoon Oil 1 1/2 cup Onion paste 1 large Tomato chopped 2 tablespoons Coriander powder 2 teaspoons Cumin seeds 200 grams Yogurt large pinch Sugar 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped Method Marinate the chicken with ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and refrigerate it for half an hour. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a non stick pan, add onion paste and saute till light brown. Add tomatoes and saute for a minute. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, yogurt, sugar, salt and chicken and one cup water and mix well. Cook till chicken is tender.
