Ingredients list for Cucumber Lassi
- 2 medium Cucumber peeled and cubed
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 2 inches Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 2 Green chillies
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- a pinch Asafoetida
- to taste Salt
Method
- Blend together the cucumber, ginger, coriander leaves, green chillies, sugar, asafoetida and salt to a smooth paste.
- Add the yogurt and blend again. Pour into individual tall glasses, chill and serve
