Ingredients 

  • 4 medium cucumber chopped
  • 3 tablespoons raisins chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Whisk yogurt well and place in the refrigerator to chill. Dry roast cumin seeds and pound to a coarse powder. Combine cucumber, raisins, yogurt, cumin powder, green chilli, coriander leaves, honey and salt and mix well.
  2. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve chilled.
