  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 cups Refined flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 tablespoons Butter melted
  • FOR SAUCE
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder sifted
  • 1 1/2 cups Cream

  1. For the batter, break eggs into a bowl and beat them with a hand blender till frothy.
  2. Add refined flour and beat again. Add milk and continue to beat.
  3. Add melted butter and beat again. For the sauce, heat butter in a non-stick pan, add brown sugar and stir till it dissolves.
  4. Add cocoa powder and stir till smooth. Add cream and mix. Simmer on low heat.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan, pour a ladle full of batter and spread to a round crepe.
  6. Let it cook till the underside is light golden and crisp.
  7. You can serve it dipped in chocolate sauce or fold it and drizzle the sauce over it.
