By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Advertisment Main Ingredients Crabs, Kashmiri dried red chillies Cuisine American Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Crab in Devils Sauce 2 medium Crabs shelled, abdomen slit and claws braised 3-4 Kashmiri dried red chillies 1 tablespoon Oil 1 tablespoon Garlic minced 1 medium Onion finely chopped 2-3 Tomatoes finely chopped 1/2 cup White wine to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Dried oregano 5-6 Green olives pitted 1 tablespo Fresh mint leaves Advertisment Method Grind red chillies with a little water into a fine paste. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and sauté well. Add onion and sauté till onion turns translucent. Add tomatoes, stir for a minute. Add red chilli paste, mix well and sauté for a minute. Add white wine, mix and cook on medium heat. Add crabs, mix well. Add salt, oregano, ½ cup water, mix, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add olives, 1 tablespoon mint leaves and mix well. Cook for a minute. Garnish with mint leaves and serve hot.
