Preheat oven to 200°C. Sieve together refined flour and baking powder, baking soda into a bowl. Sieve corn meal into the same bowl and mix. Add salt and mix.
Put the cream style sweet corn into another bowl and whisk well. Add to the flour mixture and mix. Add buttermilk and mix. Break eggs over the flour mixture and beat with a hand blender till all the ingredients are well mixed.
Add olive oil and mix with the hand blender. Pour the batter into a silicon mould and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Check if it is done. If it is not done, bake for 5 minutes more. Cool, slice and serve.
