Ingredients list for Corn And Cheese Balls
- 1 1/2 cups Sweet corn kernels boiled
- 2 cups Processed cheese grated
- 2 medium Potatoes boiled and grated
- 1 inch piece Ginger chopped
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch
- 1 tablespoon Refined flour (maida)
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Mash the corn slightly. Place in a deep bowl and mix in cheese, potatoes, ginger, chillies, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, cornflour and maida.
- Shape into small bite sized balls and deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
