By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Refined flour (maida), Butter Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Cookie Cup 1 cup Refined flour (maida) (120 grams) Butter 1¼ cups (200 grams) + for greasing 160 grams Castor sugar (caster sugar) 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 1 Egg 3/4 cup Chocolate chips for brushi Chocolate Melted Advertisment Method Preheat oven at 180ºC. Grease mugs with some butter. Cream together butter and castor sugar till light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and egg and mix well. Sieve flour into the mixture and fold well. Add chocolate chips and mix well. Line the greased mugs with the prepared dough and even-out the insides of the mugs with a rolling pin. Discard the excess dough and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes. Place the mugs in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and demould the cups. Brush some melted chocolate inside the cups. Refrigerate till set. Use as required.
