Paneer (cottage cheese) cut into small cubes
Green capsicum cut into thin strips
Yellow capsicum cut into thin strips
Red capsicum cut into thin strips
Black pepper powder
Spring onions cut into thin strips
Mix the cabbage, carrot, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, cottage cheese, salt and pepper powder in a bowl.
Mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese and tomato ketchup in another bowl.
Place a tablespoon full of the vegetable mixture into each taco shell, drizzle a little of the mayonnaise mixture, garnish with the spring onions and serve immediately.
