Taco shells filled with delicious coleslaw

  • Paneer (cottage cheese) cut into small cubes
    50 grams
  • Cabbage shredded
    1/4 medium
  • Carrot grated
    1 medium
  • Green capsicum cut into thin strips
    1 small
  • Yellow capsicum cut into thin strips
    1 small
  • Red capsicum cut into thin strips
    1 small
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black pepper powder
    to taste
  • Eggless mayonnaise
    1/4 cup
  • Cream cheese
    1/4 cup
  • Tomato ketchup
    2 tablespoons
  • Spring onions cut into thin strips

Method

Step 1


Mix the cabbage, carrot, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, cottage cheese, salt and pepper powder in a bowl.

Step 2


Mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese and tomato ketchup in another bowl.

Step 3


Place a tablespoon full of the vegetable mixture into each taco shell, drizzle a little of the mayonnaise mixture, garnish with the spring onions and serve immediately.
