Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
- 3/4 cup brown sugar/jaggery
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
Method
- Put coffee powder in a microwave safe bowl and add 1 tablespoon water to it. Place in the microwave for 1 minute to make a decoction. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Combine brown sugar and 1 teaspoon water in a non-stick pan. Let the sugar caramelize.
- Add cream and stir continuously on low heat till everything is mixed well.
- Add coffee decoction and mix well. Add butter and mix well for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
- Serve with your choice of dessert.
