Divide the mixture into equal portions. Stuff each portions with a spoonful of chocolate and shape them into balls. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry the fritters till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle icing sugar on top and serve hot.
