Ingredients for Chocolate Nutty Banana Recipe

  • Dark Chocolate Biscuits chopped 1 cup

  • Walnuts Kernels roasted 1/2 cup

  • Peanuts roasted 1/4 cup

  • (elaichi) bananas 8 small

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Toasted white sesame seeds (safed til) 2 tablespoons

  • Vanilla ice cream as required


Step 1

Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add chocolate and stir till the chocolate melts. Switch off heat and transfer into a bowl.

Step 2

Grind walnuts and peanuts finely and transfer into another bowl. Add sesame seeds and mix well.

Step 3

Peel bananas.

Step 4

Spread the crushed nut-sesame mixture on a plate. Place a silicon sheet on another plate.

Step 5

Dip bananas in the butter-chocolate mixture, coat with crushed nut-sesame mixture and place on the silicon sheet. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or till set.

Step 6

Serve chilled with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
