Put dark chocolate in a bowl, add hot milk and mix well. Grind together almonds, walnuts, dates, dried figs and chocolate mixture to a smooth paste. Transfer this into another bowl, add sesame seeds and mix well. Spread cocoa powder on a plate. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions, shape them into balls and coat them in cocoa powder. Set aside to cool. Arrange the truffles on a serving plate and serve immediately.
