Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Chicken Mince Nuggets Recipe

  • Chicken mince 250 grams

  • Refined flour (maida) 3 tablespoons

  • Garlic 2 cloves

  • Fresh coriander leaves a few sprigs

  • Salt to deep fry

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Onion 1 medium

  • Egg shell 1

  • Oil 3 tablespoons

  • Corn flakes 1/2 cup

  • Bread crumbs 1 cup


Step 1

Roughly chop onion and put into a mixer jar.Add garlic, coriander leaves, chicken keema, salt and pepper powder and grind till well blended.

Step 2

Transfer into a bowl and keep in the freezer for a while.

Step 3

Whisk refined flour and egg together in a bowl. Add salt and whisk till smooth.

Step 4

Heat oil in a non stick pan. Crush cornflakes and mix with breadcrumbs in a plate.

Step 5

Take the keema out of the freezer, shape into small nuggets, dip them in flour-egg mixture, roll in cornflakes-breadcrumb mixture and press them lightly.

Step 6

You can keep them in the refrigerator for a few minutes and then place them in the non stick pan and cook till the underside is golden.

Step 7

Turn over and cook till the other side is equally browned.

Step 8

Serve hot with chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
