Spicy cheese and egg mixture spread on bread slices, toasted and served topped with poached egg

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Heat 1-1½ cups water in non stick pan. Add salt and bring to a boil.
Mix cheese, mustard powder, crushed red chillies and 1 egg in a bowl.
Grease a baking tray with a little oil and place the bread slices on it. Spread cheese-egg mixture on them and cook the preheated oven till cheese melts.
Break 1 egg in a bowl. Add vinegar to boiling water, slide the egg in it and poach. Similarly poach the remaining eggs.
Place cheese toasts on a serving plate and put a poached egg on each of them. Place cherry tomatoes along sides and sprinkle little mustard powder on top.
