In a large bowl mix together potatoes, bread and salt and set aside. Divide it into equal portions and set aside.
In another bowl mix together noodles, cheese, green chillies, chaat masala, salt and coriander leaves and mix well. Divide into equal portions and set aside.
Stuff the noodle mixture in the potato mixture and shape them in the form of a tikki. Follow the same for the remaining mixture.
Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai. Deep fry the tikkis till golden brown in color. Serve hot.
