By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Green chillies (Bhavnagri), Garlic Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Chatpati Lasoon Mirch 3-4 Green chillies (Bhavnagri) 15-20 Garlic Olive oil to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Butter for garnishing Chaat masala 1 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Lemon juice for garnishing Fresh coriander 1 tablespoon + Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Chop the green chillies into thick rings. Take the garlic in a mortar and crush with the pestle. Add garlic to the oil and cook on low heat till golden. Add chillies, sauté and cook for -3 minutes. Drizzle some water and mix well. Add salt and fry on low heat. Add butter and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon chaat masala, chilli powder and cumin powder and mix well. Add some water, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the heat and add chopped coriander and lemon juice, mix well. Serve hot garnished with remaining chaat masala and chilli powder.
