Drain and set aside. In a non stick pan, heat oil, add curry leaves, mustard seeds, ginger, garlic and onions. Saute well till soft. Add cabbage and toss well. Add salt and ½ cup water. Cover and cook on low heat till done.Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, tomatoes and chana dal.
