Ingredients for Butter Garlic Vegetable Fried Rice

  • Cooked rice 3 cups

  • Nutralite Butter 3 tablespoons

  • Garlic cloves green 7-8

  • French beans chopped 2 tablespoons

  • Cabbage grated 2 tablespoons

  • Cauliflower grated 2 tablespoons

  • Carrot grated 2 tablespoons

  • Onions chopped 1/2 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Garlic paste 2 tablespoons

  • Green garlic 8-10 stalks

Method

Step 1

Finely chop green garlic cloves

Step 2

Heat butter in a non-stick wok, add garlic and onions and saute.

Step 3

Add French beans, cabbage, cauliflower and carrot and mix well.

Step 4

Add salt and cooked rice. Sprinkle ¼ cup water, add garlic paste and mix well.

Step 5

Finely chop green garlic stalks and add and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 6

Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
