Finely chop green garlic cloves
Heat butter in a non-stick wok, add garlic and onions and saute.
Add French beans, cabbage, cauliflower and carrot and mix well.
Add salt and cooked rice. Sprinkle ¼ cup water, add garlic paste and mix well.
Finely chop green garlic stalks and add and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
