Add soy sauce and mix. Add chilli flakes and crushed peppercorns, salt and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 2-3 hours. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and saute till golden. Add marinated chicken, mix well and cook till chicken is done. Add torn basil leaves and mix.
