Ingredients list for Boondi Raita

  • 100 grams Boondi
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder

Method

  1. Whisk yogurt till smooth. Add salt, half the roasted cumin seed powder and half the chopped coriander leaves.Add boondi and mix well.
  2. Garnish with the remaining roasted cumin seed powder, coriander leaves and red chilli powder and serve chilled.
