Ingredients list for Beans And Dill Rice

  • 1/2 cup Kidney beans boiled
  • 1/2 cup Dill leaves (suva) chopped
  • 3 cups Cooked basmati rice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 8-10 cloves Garlic,chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Dried mixed herbs
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, red chilli flakes and dried herbs and sauté for a few seconds.
  2. Add the dill leaves, kidney beans and salt.
  3. Mix well and sauté for three to four minutes.
  4. Add the rice. Toss to mix and let the rice get heated through.
  5. Serve hot.
