Ingredients for Basil Mozzarella And Cherry Tomato Skewers Recipe
Mozzarella cheese 12
Basil leaves 24
Cherry tomatoes 24
Black peppercorns cracked 4-5
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Garlic 1 clove
Thread onto each skewer one cherry tomato, one mozzarella cube, a folded basil leaf, another cherry tomato and another mozzarella cube. Sprinkle a little of the cracked black peppercorns over and drizzle olive oil.
Heat the grill, rub a garlic clove all over its surface. Place the skewers on it and close the top. Grill, taking care that the cheese does not melt.
Serve immediately sprinkled with a little of the cracked black peppercorns.
