By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Advertisment Main Ingredients Rice, French Beans Cuisine Fusion Course Rice Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Assorted Vegetable Rice 1 cup Rice soaked and boiled 5-6 French Beans finely chopped 2 medium Carrots finely chopped 6-7 Button mushroom diced 5-6 Babycorns finely chopped 1 long Brinjal cut into cubes and deep fried. 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Soy sauce to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Five spice powder 1 stalk Spring onion greens finely chopped Advertisment Method Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add the garlic and sauté for two minutes. Add the beans and carrots, mix well and sauté for three to four minutes. Add the mushrooms and baby corns, mix well and cook till dry. Add the brinjals and cook till all the vegetables are done. Add the boiled rice, five-spice powder, soy sauce and salt and mix well. Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
