Ingredients for Apricot And Honey Bar Recipe

  • Golden apricots 10

  • Honey 4 tablespoons

  • Oats 1 cup

  • Semolina (rawa/suji) 2 tablespoons

  • Refined flour (maida) 1/2 cup

  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon

  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Walnuts roughly chopped 10-12

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Yogurt 1 cup

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Chop apricots.

Step 2

Place oats in a bowl add semolina, refined flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder and mix.

Step 3

Add apricots and walnuts. Add oil and mix. Add yogurt and mix. Add honey and mix.

Step 4

Pour the mixture onto a greased baking tray and spread evenly.

Step 5

Bake the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Step 6

Cut into bars and serve when cold.
