Ingredients for Amsul Saar Recipe

  • Amsul 10-12

  • Coconut milk 1 cup

  • Ginger chopped 1 inch piece

  • Salt to taste

  • Sugar to taste

  • Ghee 2 tablespoons

  • Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon

  • Garlic chopped 3 cloves

  • Green chillies chopped 2


Step 1

Combine amsul, five cups of water and ginger and boil for twenty minutes. Remove from heat and strain it. Add coconut milk, salt and sugar. Stir lightly .
