Air Fried Crumbed Prawns

Prep Time : 6-10 minutes

Cook time : 21-25 minutes

Ingredients for Air Fried Crumbed Prawns Recipe

  • Prawns shelled and deveined with tail intact 12-16 medium

  • Fresh Breadcrumbs 1 cup

  • Salt to taste

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Fresh coriander sprigs 10-12

  • Potato chips 7-8

  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon


Step 1

Put prawns, salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.

Step 2

Finely chop coriander leaves and add to the bowl. Crush potato chips and add and mix well. Add breadcrumbs, olive oil and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Place the marinated prawns in an air fryer alongwith the marinade and fry at 200º C for 6-7 minutes.

Step 4

Arrange on a serving platter and serve hot.
