Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Air Fried Chicken Wings Recipe

  • Chicken Wings 500 grams

  • Fresh Coriander Stems 2 inch

  • Garlic cloves 5-6

  • Fresh coriander sprigs 5-6

  • Fresh coriander stems 10-12

  • Salt to taste

  • Dried red chillies soaked in hot water 4-5

  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Honey 1 tablespoon

  • Iceberg lettuce as required

  • Alfalfa sprouts for garnishing


Step 1

Roughly chop ginger and garlic and put them in a mixer jar. Add coriander sprigs, coriander stems, salt, soaked dried chillies, 1 tbsp water and grind to a fine paste. Transfer into a bowl.

Step 2

Add olive oil, lemon juice, honey and mix well. Add chicken wings and mix well and set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Place marinated chicken wings in the basket of an air fryer, fit the basket to the fryer and cook at 200º C for 10-12 minutes.

Step 4

Roughly tear lettuce leaves and make a bed on a serving platter. Place the air fried chicken wings over the lettuce, garnish with alfalfa sprouts and serve immediately
