Ingredients list for Adrak Nimboo Pani
- 1 tablespoon Ginger juice
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black salt (kala namak)
- 8 tablespoon Sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
- 1 Lemon sliced
Method
- Mix together ginger juice, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, salt, black salt and sugar syrup in a large jug. Add six cups of water and stir.
- Place ice cubes in individual glasses and pour in the ginger lemon syrup. Serve, garnished with a slice of lemon fixed on the rim.
