Ingredients list for Aamras With Kesar

  • 1 kilogram Mangoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Saffron roasted and crushed
  • 1 cup Sugar powdered
  • 2 1/2 cups Milk chilled

Method

  1. Remove the pulp from the mangoes. Pass through a thin muslin cloth. Add powdered sugar and chilled milk. Stir in saffron. Serve chilled.
