  • Mangoes
    1 kilogram
  • Saffron (kesar) roasted and crushed
    1/4 teaspoon
  • Sugar powdered
    1 cup
  • Milk chilled
    2 1/2 cups

Method

Step 1


Remove the pulp from the mangoes. Pass through a thin muslin cloth. Add powdered sugar and chilled milk. Stir in saffron. Serve chilled.
