Shopping list

1½ cups skimmed milk yogurt, whisked

2 tablespoons sweet date pulp

1 tablespoon tamarind pulp

200 gram Sev

2 tablespoons fresh green garlic, chopped (optional)

For faster preparation

Boil the potatoes the night before. Also, prepare the green chutney and sweet date & tamarind chutney the night before. 

How to go about it

Prepare the dough for thepla, make bread upma, dhokla chaat and finish with lasun rice thepla.
