By Sanjeev Kapoor 21 Sep 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Tomatoes, Sugar Cuisine Tamil Nadu Course Raitas Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Tomato Pachdi 3 large Tomatoes 1/3 cup Sugar 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 10-12 Black grapes 10-12 Green grapes 2 teaspoons Pure ghee 10-12 Cashewnuts halved Method Wash and roughly chop the tomatoes. Add sugar and blend in a blender to a fine paste. Put the mixture in a thick-bottomed pan and cook till it is quite thick. Add cardamom powder and remove from heat. Heat ghee and sauté the cashewnuts till golden. When the tomato mixture cools slightly add the black and green grapes and the sautéed cashewnuts. Mix and serve.
