Ingredients list for Soya bean parantha

  • 2 cups Soya Bean
  • to taste Whole Wheat Flour
  • 4 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 cups Soya bean soaked
  • 2 Green chilli chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoons Chana masala

Method

  1. In a bowl combine together whole wheat flour, salt, two tablespoons oil and sufficient water and knead a soft dough. Cover it and keep it aside.
  2. In another bowl combine together soya bean, salt, green chillies, coriander, chana masala and mix thoroughly.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and stuff the soya bean mixture into it. Roll them into thick parathas.
  4. Heat a non stick tawa and cook the parathas till golden brown on both the sides drizzling the remaining oil on it.
  5. Serve hot.
