By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Imam mango, Green chilli Cuisine Indian Course Dals and Kadhis Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mango Chutney- SK Khazana 1 large Imam mango 1-2 Green chilli 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 1/2 teaspoon Split black gram skinless (dhuli urad dal) 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida 7-8 Curry leaves a pinch Red chilli flakes for garnish Curry leaves fried Method Discard the eye of imam mango, peel and cut into small pieces. Transfer into a blender jar. Break and add green chillies. Add turmeric Powder and salt and blend to a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, split black grams,asafoetida and curry leaves and saute for 1-2 minutes. . Add chilli flakes and saute for 30 seconds. Take it off the heat and pour over the chutney and mix well. .
