Add ghee and make soft dough with sufficient water. Keep covered with a moist cloth for half an hour. Divide into twenty equal parts and make balls. Roll out each ball into three-inch diameter discs. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and fry the luchis till well puffed and cream coloured. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with cholar dal or any curry of your choice.
