Ingredients list for Kulcha Sandwich

  • 2 large Onion , finely chopped
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 Red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 medium Carrot, finely chopped
  • 100 grams Cheese spread
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Butter

Method

  1. Mix together onions, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, carrots, cheese spread, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt in a bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on two kulchas and cover them with remaining two kulchas.
  3. Heat a non stick pan. Place the kulchas. Put the butter from the sides and roast on medium flame till golden brown.
  4. Cut into wedges and serve hot with tomato sauce or mint sauce.
