By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Feb 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Cornflour Cuisine Chinese Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Honey Glazed Chicken 400 grams Boneless chicken 3 tablespo Cornflour 1 1/2 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch 1 tablespoon Soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon MSG 1/2 teaspoon White pepper powder to taste Salt 1 1/2 cups Chicken stock 2-3 cloves Garlic,finely chopped 1 tablespoon Red chilli flakes 4 tablespoons Honey 1 tablespoon Roasted sesame seeds 2 stalks Spring onion greens,chopped Method Advertisment Heat sufficient oil in a wok and deep-fry the chicken pieces on high heat for half a minute. Drain on absorbent paper and set aside. Mix together the cornflour, soy sauce, MSG, white pepper powder and salt with chicken stock. Heat three tablespoons of oil in a wok or a pan, add the garlic and red chilli flakes and stir-fry briefly. Stir in the sauce and spice mixture. Cook for a minute or until the sauce starts to thicken, stirring continuously. Add the fried chicken and honey and cook for a minute, stirring continuously. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds and serve hot, garnished with the spring onion greens.
