By Sanjeev Kapoor 30 Mar 2021 in Recipes Veg New Update Haldi aur Pyaz ka Raita Main Ingredients Turmeric Powder, Onion Cuisine Indian Course Raitas Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 medium onion 1 1/2 cups yogurt Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon ghee 4-5 cloves garlic sliced 1 teaspoon cumin seeds Roasted cumin powder to garnish Fresh coriander sprig to garnish Method Take yogurt in a bowl. Chop onion and add it to the yogurt. Add salt and red chilli powder and mix well. For the tempering, heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add garlic and cumin seeds, saute till light golden brown. Add turmeric powder, mix well and saute for ½ minute. Add the tempering to the yogurt mixture and mix well.
