Add the garlic and cumin seeds and sauté for a minute. Add the spinach, capsicums and green peas and continue to sauté. Add the green chillies and sauté for a minute. Add the onions. Mix well and cook for another minute. Add the rice and salt. Toss well. Add the lemon juice and mix gently. Serve hot.
