This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Light Green Chillies, Gram Flour Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Green Chilli Besan 1/2 cup Light Green Chillies roughly chopped 3 tablespoons Gram Flour 1/4 cup Dark green chillies 3 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 3 medium Onions finely chopped 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 1/2 cup Soya granules soaked 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder (amchur) for garnishing Thin strips of ginger Method Advertisment Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add onions and sauté till translucent. Add ginger and garlic and sauté further for a minute. Add light green chillies and mix well. Add dark green chillies and mix well. Add drained soya granules and mix well. Add turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add remaining oil and gram flour and mix well. Add dried mango powder and mix well. Cover and cook on high heat till the gram flour is lightly browned. Transfer onto a serving plate, garnish with ginger strips and serve immediately.
