By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Vegetables, Peanuts Cuisine Indonesian Course Salads Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Gado Gado 2 medium Vegetables boiled, 1 inch batons 15-20 Peanuts blanched, 1 inch pieces 2 medium Carrots blanched, 1 inch batons 1 medium Cucumber cut into batons 1 cup Bean sprouts FOR PEANUT SAUCE 1 cup Peanuts roasted 1 tablespoon Jaggery (gur) grated 1 tablespoon Tamarind pulp 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt Method Advertisment Grind ingredients of the peanut sauce with one-fourth cup of water to a smooth paste. Place salad ingredients in a large bowl and add prepared peanut sauce. Toss well and refrigerate for twenty to thirty minutes. Serve chilled.
