Chicken Tikka Lasagna Spicy chicken tikka mixture layered between lasagna sheets and baked till perfection This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe. By Sanjeev Kapoor 11 Jun 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Chicken tikka, Lasagne sheets Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Chicken Tikka Lasagna 250 grams Chicken tikka , chopped 6 Lasagne sheets 1 tablespoon Olive oil 1 tablespoon Garlic , chopped 1 1/2 cups Tomatoes , blanched and chopped to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1 1/2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves , chopped 1 cup White sauce 3-4 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese , grated Method Preheat oven to 180° C. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté till the raw smells disappear. Add tomatoes, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add salt, mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add chicken tikka, red chilli flakes and 1 tablespoon coriander leaves and mix well. Sprinkle some water and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Put some chicken tikka mixture in a glass baking dish. Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons white sauce and place 2 lasagna sheets over it. Repeat these layers twice ending with chicken mixture. Drizzle the remaining white sauce over. Sprinkle ½ tablespoon coriander leaves and spread mozzarella cheese on top. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
