Ingredients list for Amsulachi Chutney

  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1/2 cup Kokum (amsul) pieces
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar

Method

  1. Soak the kokum for two hours in one cup water in a bowl. Drain and grind it to a fine paste with green chilli, salt and two to three tablespoons water.
  2. Transfer into a bowl, add sugar and mix well.
  3. Serve as required.
