By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Mar 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Dosa batter, Spinach puree Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Palak Paneer Dosa - SK Khazana 4 cups Dosa batter as required Spinach puree as required Cottage cheese (paneer) to taste Salt to cook Oil as required Ghee as required Onions chopped as required Tomatoes chopped as required Green chillies chopped as required Garlic powder as required Turmeric powder as required Red chilli powder to serve Tomato chutney to serve Coconut chutney Method Take dosa batter in a bowl, add salt, mix well and set aside for 3-4 minutes. To make each dosa, spread 2 tsps oil on a non-stick tawa, spread a ladle full of batter to a thin round dosa. Drizzle 2 tsps ghee, 2 tsps onion, 2 tsps tomato, 2 tsps spinach puree, ½ tsp green chilli, ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder and ½ tsp red chilli powder, mash everything with a mashed and spread all over the dosa. Grate cottage cheese on top to cover the entire dosa, drizzle 1 tsp ghee and spread it evenly. Drizzle 1 tsp ghee all around the dosa and let it cook till the underside is golden.
