Wholewheat and oats cookies By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Mar 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Whole Wheat Flour, Dessicated Coconut Cuisine British Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Wholewheat and oats cookies 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 cup Dessicated Coconut a few drops Vanilla essence 1/2 Whole wheat flour (atta) 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder 1/4 cup Oats 3 tablespoons Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup Mixed fruits crushed 1 tablespoon Honey optional Method Preheat the oven at 160°C. Cream and butter until frothy. Add vanilla essence and mix well. Sieve flour and baking powder and set aside. Add oats, desiccated coconut, mixed fruits ad honey to the butter mixture and mix well. Add flour and fold in lightly. Grease a baking tray. Divide the mixture into small balls. Place the balls in the tray leaving some space in them and bake in the prehaeted oven for fifteen to twenty minutes or till golden brown. Remove and cool them.
